At Robin Design, we specialize in creating bespoke event branding that captures the essence of your celebration. Whether it's a wedding, corporate event, or milestone gathering, our designs are tailored to reflect your unique vision and style.

Custom Process

Once you submit an inquiry through our website and we discuss any other necessary details, I will put together a quote unique to your needs. We’ll make it official with a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total design fee.

After your deposit is paid, you will receive a questionnaire so I can get more information about you and your event details.
Based on your questionnaire, a custom vision board is created, outlining the plan for your typography, visual elements, color palette, and more.

After we determine that your vision board is spot-on and a perfect reflection of your event, it’s time to start the design phase.
This is the best phase because you see your vision come to life! I send you digital proofs so you can view the designs and submit feedback.
You are given three rounds of revisions free.

Once your event designs are perfect, I will send you a final proof that you must sign off on to ensure that there are no spelling, grammar, date/time errors, etc.
Once your production invoice is submitted in full, I prepare all print files for production. Print production typically takes 3 - 4 weeks.

Once each piece of your design is produced, I assemble all the pieces, apply the postage, and take them to the USPS for mailing.
If you do not hire me for this step, you will have the invitations safely packaged and shipped to you to assemble and mail locally. The final balance is due before shipment.
